Silvia started working in her family metallurgical business while she went to school and earned her degree and rose to executive.  She apprenticed in all departments of the company from production to logistics to accounting and sales.  Today she is teaching and training her two daughters to find success in the business. Having opened in 1967, the company focused on welding and sub-contracting jobs but is now the manufacturer of tools for indexable inserts. Over the years the company took their business globally and sells on 5 continents. Their products are sold in most industrialized countries.

The company works on 5 continents with subsidiaries in Portugal, Germany, USA, Chie and Malaysia.  They are interesting in expanding to new markets needing their products.

Maite joined the family business, Lola Casademunt after finishing her design studies.  The company is 40 years old, having been established by her mother Lola who began the company in her house in Barcelona. Today the business is a pioneering fashion company that has both clothing and accessories.  Maite took over the role as president in 2018 after the company was focused just on accessories. She brought the creativity of the fashion clothing line to the business and today, both lines offer 4 annual collections and are considered trend setters with their unique brand stamp.

The company does business in Andorra, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Ireland and Spain.  Maite is working to find partners in Austria, Colombia, Germany, Greece, Poland, the UAE and the United States.

Rastreator was born in Spain in 2009 as a result of the experience of Confused.com, the first website in the United Kingdom that allowed the user to compare insurance prices in a single panel. It has revolutionized consumer buying and contracting by providing comparison pricing across the insurance industry. Elena is the International CEO of Red Ventures which is the umbrella company for several brands. Her platform also functions in Mexico, Turkey and India through Preminen and through their European operations in Spain and France. She has created other spinoff companies and created an umbrella holding company, Penguin Portals to house all of her companies.

The company will continue to grow and offer other services throughout the world.

After her education, in 2002 Miriam founded a catering and event management company called Promenade which she still owns and manages today. In 2003 her family recruited her to work in their business, Grupo Fuertes.  Over 18 years through internal training and promotion, she has assumed the Executive Management of the Company. Grupo Fuertes is a holding company with 100% Spanish capital and a strong agri-food core.  Its portfolio consists of 20 companies across various sectors and its philanthropic outreach covers a range of sports, social and health sciences. Miriam is also the first female VP of the Murcia Chamber of Commerce.

The company currently has a presence in over 100 countries.  They wish to continue improving and growing and creating quality jobs across the board.
