We are proud to welcome Mr. Fernando Hernandez as our President. His vast global corporate experience, proven history of championing major corporate partnerships for IWEC, and steadfast commitment to female entrepreneurs make him an incredible advocate for our community.
Harjinder Kaur Talwar, the CEO of Comvision India, and Pooja Chandra Pama, the Founder and Chairwoman of ACE Health Foundation will serve together as Co-Vice Chairwomen. Their collaborative leadership will be instrumental as we scale our impact across the globe.
Nancy Ploeger has been elected Executive Vice President and Treasurer. We are sincerely grateful for her ongoing commitment to advancing IWEC’s strategic, financial, and operational strength.
Gabriela Fiorini has been named Secretary. As President of the Board of Directors for Punta Sal Restaurants in Peru, she brings tremendous insight and leadership to our team.
