Gill has 30 years as a qualified buyer with The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. She is founder of The Sourcing Team which was established in 1996 (an is now a certified B’ Corp) and focuses on creative, sustainable marketing and branded products. Gill has a passion for ethical and sustainable sourcing particularly around human rights, focusing on supporting gender diversity, driving change for more sustainable procurement practices and collaboration to protect both people and planet. She has won several awards including WEConnect Europe Woman’s Business Enterprise of the Year Award 2020. She is also Founder and Chair of the WBE Council since 2015.
The company does the majority of their work throughout the UK but distributes to markets around the world. They wish to expand to the US and Canadian markets and to develop strategic partnerships throughout the globe.
