Selma started her career working in the Osmanoglu Clinic and moved to management. She then began working at 3A Medikal which was her husband’s company. 3A Medikal was established in 1995 as a local dealer of disposable medical equipment. The goal of the company is to supply quality products, sourced from leading manufacturers around the world. It has become the leading supplier of catheters and supplementary products to intensive care units throughout Turkey and abroad. After the passing of her husband in 2014, she became chairman and has led the company ever since.
