Isabel has worked in the family business since 1984 and in 2008, she became CEO of TMG Automotive. The company has grown 6-fold since she took over. TMG specializes in supplying interiors for premium car makers and is one of the largest in Europe. They have a joint venture in North America and an industrial plant in China for the automotive business. TMG supplies 40 markets, primarily in Europe. Isabel hopes to expand into the health and wellness market using technical textiles and is a member of the United Nations Global Compact.
The company does business mainly in Europe but also Americas, Africa and China. Isabel wishes to expand to South America and India.
