Sonal’s companies were founded in 2006 and focuses on the design and manufacturing of custom attachments for construction, agriculture & forestry prime movers. In 2008, they decided to become the world’s largest attachment manufacturer and grow the business globally. Today they have doubled their capacity to export 75 containers a month to parts of the world. Their employee base went from 20 to 650 and they are now also focusing on agriculture which will add to their product mix. Sonal is proud of their growth, their ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications as well as their commitment to their employees.
The company is doing business in many countries in: North America, Europe, Australia & New Zealand and India. Now, with their focus on agriculture, they wish to continue the growth in these areas with their new products.

Hailing from the illustrious family of Mahatma Gandhi, Ms Goradia was brought up with the ideals of simplicity, discipline and freedom. Over her career, Ms Goradia has gone from giving tuitions, to working as a Management Trainee in a Steel plant, an acting stint (on TV), working in a bank, being a lecturer in Business Economics at M S University. She established a small-scale toothbrush manufacturing unit in 1993 whose consistency in high quality products. Today they produce a range of oral care and household hygiene products. As one of Asia’s largest manufacturers, she has gained recognition in the Oral Care industry.
The company does business in over 20 countries and wishes to expand to African nations and South America.

Rashmi’s background is international and Indian Cuisines, having been trained in food processing & packaging from Switzerland and Italy. She is the Founder and Director of Bisweswar Foods Private Limited (BFPL) and also is the director of her family business M/s Om Oil & Flour Mills. She began BFPL in 2014 to become and Indian food processing company engaged in manufacturing a wide range of agro-based nutritious products. The product ranges from flours, breakfast cereals and gluten free flours to newer lines like cookies. The company enhances the nutritional value of frozen, ready to eat foods. The company’s primary market is India but Rashmi wishes to expand globally and is in discussions with the UAE. She would also like to expand to the UK and Canada.
