Denise has more than 22 years of experience in human talent management.  Her 41 year old company focuses on outsourcing and all facets of human resource management such as and Head Hunting, Business Process Outsourcing, Organizational Climate Management and Culture Alignment, Leader Assessment and Development, Executive and Team Coaching, Outplacement Management, Compensation and Smart Remuneration.  Denise has influence the processes of change and transition towards good Human Management practices in several companies throughout Bolivia. She is the leader of the main work environment tool, LEADING EMPLOYER, which measures nearly 60 work environments in companies per year, and promoter of the resource community, human rights and best practices.

Denise has business relationships in Argentina, Spain, Costa Ricca, Peru and the United States.  She would like to expand in the US, Spain, Chile and Italy.

Right after graduating from university in 1994, Rosario joined the family business in the pharmaceutical industry and started working as CEO of Farmacias Santa Maria. Rosario is part of the third generation of the family of Dr. Osvaldo Gutiérrez Jiménez, who founded the Gutiérrez Pharmacy in 1937, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. In 1995 Rosario started the expansion plan to increase the market share of the pharmacy in Santa Cruz. Rosario led the growth of the company to become Bolivia’s biggest Pharmacy Chain representing 63% of the national Market Share with 178 stores distributed throughout the country today.

The company’s business units are in Bolivia.  However, they have suppliers from all over the world. Rosario looks forward to further growth throughout the South American marketplace.
