Elvira founded Afrizan Personnel in 2001 and is the Group CEO of Persaf Holdings (PTY) Ltd. The Group has grown from humble beginnings with a staff compliment of just 4 to over 900 people and comprises of Afrizan People Intelligence, the Afrizan Academy, Ryzan and Omnetrix. She is fluent in three languages and her personal passions include family, education, unemployed youth, property development, and most recently Show Jumping Horses. Elvira’s strengths and skills lie in her ability to build agile businesses, be highly innovative and drive performance. She believes wholeheartedly in Quality being the primary ingredient for Success.
The company is working in South Africa, other African nations, India and Dubai. Elvira and is looking to develop their services in the Middle East, in particular.
