IWEC’s ED, Nancy Ploeger, and Debbie Hidajat met with a delegation of strong, successful women business owners from Malaysia through the Malaysian Consulate in NYC last week. The delegation was here for couture fashion week and also to seek distributors for other products as well ranging from fashion to food & herbs to public relations and education.
One of IWEC’s 2017 Awardees from NYC, Debbie Hidajat, PTS America, an international ceramics dinnerware, housewares and furniture company supplying major U.S. retailers such as Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Pier 1 Imports. Debbie wanted to connect with one of the delegates, Emmy Suraya, Emmy Suraya Enterprise, to see if they can work together.
Peniagawati’s President, Dato Azlin Ahmad Shaharbi, is very excited about becoming involved with IWEC and intends to become an IWEC Affiliate organization.
