IWEC is very pleased to announce our latest Global Ambassador, Maria Thompson, CEO Agile  Sourcing Partners.  Maria joins 3 others from the US and seven other IWEC Global Ambassadors from around the world.

The Agile Team prides itself on creating long-lasting relationships through open communication and a strong attention to detail. This ultimately drives the best solutions for your needs and optimizes the entire supply chain. Agile currently provides materials and services to several of the largest gas and electric utility companies in the United States.

Maria Bastian ThompsonMaria Bastian Thompson is Founder and CEO of Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc. Prior to founding Agile Maria worked at Sempra Energy utilities in the supply chain management department. She held various roles at Sempra including lead Project Management Coordinator for many strategic sourcing initiatives. Maria has also held roles at other companies including Qualcomm in the Supplier Management Program and at a Mexican based maquiladora.

Maria graduated cum laude from USD with an International MBA and Supply Chain project emphasis, holds her undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of California Santa Barbara and is a Certified Purchasing Manager by the Institute of Supply Management.
