Since 1990, Rohena Miller has been a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist who partners with corporations developing internal and external programs to expand their inclusion footprint in corporate social responsibility and supplier diversity. As a solution to inequity in supplier diversity, Rohena also developed Planet Mogul, a company which works to diversify the pipeline by providing tools for middle school students to explore industries through the proprietary Moguls-in-Training Workbook which helps to influence studies in science, technology, engineering and math. Rohena has been recognized as one of the Top 45 most influential figures in the 45-year history of the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
The company does business in the United States & Africa and is interested in growing wherever there are needs to create further diversity acceptance and growth.
