Gabriela, Punta Sal Restaurants, and her partner, Adolfo, featured in a new book on Peruvian Food. Their outstanding recipes based on the northern Peruvian cuisine, were chosen for the book, Piura. This is an area in northern Peru famous for its food and beaches.
