About Roxanne:

After two high energy careers in Advertising on Mad Ave and then in politics as Mayor, Roxanne chose a sweeter path as an entrepreneur, merging two passions to create an original idea of chocolate and wine pairings. She is a certified WBE.

New York’s only chocolate Sommelier, Roxanne Browning has guided guests on an edible journeys since 2010. Discover craft chocolate hailing from from the Amazon rain forest to the tropical islands which Roxanne pairs with award winning wines.  “Tasting chocolate is different from eating chocolate.  The craft chocolate makers I work with reveal the natural flavors of rare heirloom cacao beans. Unique as a snowflake, each has a distinct flavor profile,” says Roxanne. Slowly savor these award-winning single origin chocolates while she describes the journey from bean-to-bar-how chocolate is made, the health benefits, chocolate history, how farmers grow and harvest cacao, and how it helps sustain the rain forest.
