They will accept their award at the IWEC Conference Gala on Tuesday November 8th in Brussels, Belgium. They will be joined by 40 other successful women business owners from 21 countries in accepting their awards.

In 1988 Alonso Valero S.L. was formed with one truck and a rented, small industrial warehouse for cold storage. Five years later, Isabel also formed Isabel Alonso, S.L., a transport company starting with 4 trucks. When her sons joined the business, the logistics company continued to grow and now has 200 trucks and 569 employees. Their strategy focused on covering a part of the market that was not entirely serviced and originally had routes were in Holland and Belgium.
