It’s decided: 2018 is going to be the year of the female. As a gender we have really come into our own—we are stronger than ever and are quickly rising to the top.

According to the United States Census Bureau, women own more than 10 million businesses and make up around 47 percent of US workers. It’s no secret that we’ve been through our struggles, as highlighted in the recent #MeToo movement, so now is the time to stand together, support other women and ourselves.
